Truck Tool Box Needs New Locks

9 ottobre: Musashi-Koganei, Kichijoji, Shinjuku

(Today 50 photos ...)

Today it was raining crazy: photographers had to meet friends of David, a meeting was "International"!

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) Olivier, France, tip me with his gun!

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) Toki, Japan, braced his mega-Asahi Pentax medium format ...

We went to Musashi-Koganei Station on the Chuo line. There was this pedestrian bridge that ended in nothing, incredible!

Hayao Miyazaki, che abita nelle vicinanze, si è ispirato alle architetture di questo Museum to draw Spirited Away (Away) , the Academy Award-winning anime 2003 if not mistaken for best animated film. Here is a restaurant with his autograph in the Totoro eating udon ...

We ate udon:)

The tour continued inside the houses of the Edo period there were artisans who performed the delicate work, such as expensive paintings of kimono. ..

The atmosphere was nice, almost like a film set in costume, but the houses were in all respects original, removed from their original land to make way alla modernità della megalopoli e rimontate con cura in questo parco da sogno...

( Foto di Davide Cassanelli ) Mika-chan, Japan, take a photo with his Mamiya ...

Inside the park was laid out a very old city tram ...

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) Another track Miyazaki: a picture of her posing in front of the tram above designated one of the characters in Spirited Away (The Spirited Away) ...

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) Kayo-chan, Japan, includes a Japanese garden behind the houses. The park is also reconstructed the pre-and post-conflict homes designed and built by famous Japanese architects, some were terrific!

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) Nana-chan charging one of his cars ...

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) There was also an old photo studio with a fully functional original machine (take a picture with a machine of the early 900 costs 500 yen). Nana-chan and Toki pose in the set photographer ...

The park is huge and houses to visit are many ...

For the afternoon we went to Kichijoji, in the end it was a dinner we ate like pigs!

( Pictures David Cassanelli ) I feel the D-700 of David with his legendary and bright 50mm 1.2 (waiting to buy a Leica Noctilux ...)

And then home to eat this monumental dinner cooked by the mother of Shiho!

Tomorrow we leave Hong Kong for 5 days , the computer and I will post every day (if the triads do not kill me first!)
