South Park In Spanish

11 ottobre: [Hong-Kong] Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Central, Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui

(181 pictures today ...)

Given that the hotel gave us a room with twin beds without notice and as a room with double-bed was not available, last night I put one of the two beds (big enough for two) near the window of the room and I slept and Shiho literally over Hong Kong. This photo was taken in the morning without my knowledge by Shiho ...

Here's what you see looking out the window: tall buildings, very old, full of mold ... that's cool ...

We left at mid-morning, destination Causeway Bay to meet our friend in Hong Kong, the legendary Kit! In the pedestrian crossings are directions on where to look, as in London but with the characters more ...

Our hotel ...

Tsim Sha Tsui, downtown ...

We took a ferry at Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island, the clouds and the humidity to 95% create a cover that makes it invisible to anything more than a few miles away ...

A detail of the skyline of HK Island ...

After landing, here is a typical high-rise condominium in HK, you know, there is no space to live them and then go on ...

The area of Causeway Bay, how many times I have seen a sight like this in a film of HK ...

The architecture of these exotic places is exciting!

for lunch, "Dim Sum" by Kit, here is one of the doors ...

The view from the restaurant, as well as the Victoria Park ...

another door ...

Ecco fin dove possono arrivare i ponteggi in bambù montati completamente a mano...

I went to Mong Kok to see the restaurant-that was used by director Johnnie To as the location of his masterpiece entitled "PTU" ( here is the source that made me find ... ): it took me a while to find the address, the place is hidden and unavailable. I could not get in because it was closing time, but we will be back to take photos even inside!

The area of Mong Kok at night is beautiful ...

seems to really be in another world ...

At 19:15 we had an appointment Kit with Nathan Road ...

Aqua For an appetizer, atop a skyscraper in Kowloon ...

To see the play of light at 20:00 from the skyscrapers of Hong Kong Island ...

Then dinner in the style of Shanghai with incredible food ...

And a trip to the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui ...

There is a walk devoted to the HK movie star, with names and handprints: This is dedicated to John Woo ...

This a Andy " Gigione " Lau...

Tomorrow we go to Lantau Island! Good night!
