Passaporto: le marche da bollo (terza edizione)[UPDATED]

Ancora una volta aggiorno questo post: vorrei tanto essere diplomatico ma i continui aggiornamenti su questo argomento sono la dimostrazione di: 1) quanto sia macchinosa la burocrazia Italiana; 2) quanto sia difficile reperire info a riguardo; 3) quanto questa storia delle marche da bollo (ora chiamate " tassa di concessione governativa ") sul passaporto sia proprio difficile da digerire.

Il post nella sua seconda stesura "update" aveva una piccola imprecisione, che poteva diventare molto grave in alcune situazioni particolari, quindi, in caso avessi fatto qualche danno con le mie precedenti info, me ne scuso.

Penso sia scontato dire che per andare in Giappone, cosiccome accade per qualsiasi paese non aderente ai trattati di Schengen o non oggetto di accordi o deroghe con lo stato Italiano in materia di circolazioni di persone o merci, sia necessario avere il passaporto. Non è obbligatorio quello elettronico, cioè che contiene un microchip nella copertina posteriore . Non è invece altrettanto scontato parlare delle marche da bollo.

Il passaporto è valido per viaggiare al di fuori degli stati della comunità europea e/o aderenti all'accordo di Schengen (Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Regno Unito, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia, Ungheria [ non tutti the above mentioned countries are party to the Schengen Agreement, and not all the countries listed above are part of the European community ]) only if you pay the fee for a government grant of € 40.29 .
